Client KP from NV saved $30,067

KP contacted OVLG to settle his debts in the month of January 2009. His Client Intake Manager was BG. He first explained the entire debt relief program of OVLG to KP and further cleared all his doubts and queries. Finally, after knowing the entire process, KP decided to enroll himself in the program. The file was then transferred to his Case Manager Sandra Gibson in order to deal with his creditors.

Sandra started working on the file in January 2009 itself after we received the first payment from the client and the legal documents (POAs) were sent to all the creditors. In February 2009, Sandra managed to settle his two accounts with Chase. The first one was settled for 48%, and the second one for 46%. In August 2009, an account with Advanta was settled for 46%. The fourth account was settled in the month of September 2009 with Capital One for 50%. In October of that year, the fifth account was settled with Juniper for 40%. The sixth account was settled in the month of March 2010 with Bank of America for 20% and the last and remaining account was cleared in the month of July 2010 with Bank of America for 20%. Hence, the client became completely debt free by getting help from OVLG within just 19 months.
