Wearing apparel, jewelry & personal items exempted up to the extent of $ 1,800.

Professional Implements:
Tools, implements, apparatus, horses or library, required to continue trade, occupation or profession exempted up to the extent of $ 3,000.

Fuel:
Fuel for debtor and his/her family exempted up to the extent of the amount equivalent to 60 days supply.

Personal Injury:
Personal bodily injury exempted up to the extent of $ 10,000.

Firearm:
One rifle, Pistol or Shotgun exempted up to the extent of $ 1,000.

Pets and Husbandry:
Pets and husbandry exempted up to the extent of $ 1,000.

Property:
Any personal property chosen by the debtor exempted up to the extent of $ 400.

  • Vocational Rehabilitation Payments.
  • Aid to Blind Persons.
  • Aid to disabled persons.
  • Homestead or rental assistance tax refunds.
  • Professional prescribed health aids of debtor & dependents.
