Automobile:
Vehicular exemption up to the extent of $ 3,000.

Any other Property:
Any property up to the extent of $ 600.

Unmatured Insurance:
Unmatured insurance up to the extent of $ 150,000.

Alimony:
Alimony and Support Maintenance up to the extent of $ 750 per month.

Wages:
Disposable wages up to the extent of 90 % or 30 times the federal minimum hourly wage per week whichever is earlier for the head of the family and for all other the exemption is up to the extent of 75 % or 30 times the federal minimum hourly wage per week.

Total or Absolute Exemptions for:
  • Health Aids of debtor and dependant.
  • Unmatured life insurance policies.
  • Teacher, Policeman and Fireman's retirement benefits.
  • Local Government, City and State employee's retirement plan.
  • Burial plot.
  • Specific Partnership Interest on Property.
  • Workmen’s Compensation Benefits.
