What if my husband dies without a will? Both of us have children from previous marriages and 1 child while together. We have been married now for over 20 years.

Yes, there should be a will so that everything remains transparent. Otherwise the property will go to the nearest relatives - the spouse and the children.

In second marriages, it is very important for both of the spouses to have separate Wills. If your present husband dies without a Will, his probate assets will be distributed among you (50%) and the children (50%).
