Program description

Oak View Law Group sends text messages to its existing clients about their legal representation. Messages include appointment reminders, case status updates, document requests, and attorney-client coordination. This program is for current clients only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to opt in

• Online: Log in to the secure client portal at client.ovlg.com/users/login, open SMS Notifications, and check the consent box.
• In person: During your consultation, complete and sign the SMS Communications Agreement on the intake form.
• You can also text START or YES to our number to opt in.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your case activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received.

How to opt out

Text STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation message, then no further texts.
