How OVLG handled the situation?
SA2 had approached OVLG to resolve a few of her delinquent payday accounts. Vernon Smith, one of our Financial Coaches, explained to her the entire process and the pros and cons of the program. In July 2012, she enrolled herself in the program and her Case Manager Roger Sampson started working on her file. In August, Roger successfully resolved two of her listed payday accounts thus providing her with a savings of 60% on the total outstanding balance. She is still having five more accounts to be settled and we are working hard on those and hope to resolve them in the forthcoming months with some good savings.
Hi my name is ***********. I had Roger Sampson as the person helping me with my case and I've given probably about six cards that I had issues with or six accounts. In a month he has managed to settle two of my accounts and I couldn't be happier. I've had difficulty doing it and don't know how I could've done it with out him so I want to give a big thank you Roger Sampson and let everybody know that Oak view law group is really, really number one and I would definitely go to them once again and I would definitely recommend them thank you.
2. Out of the many cases we handle, the above are few sample instances only. These depict how much we have saved from each creditor after deducting the settlement fees.
3. Please note that the negotiation amount is neither constant nor predictable. It depends on the creditors completely.
4. Out of the total 18466 clients managed by OVLG till date, cases of 820 clients aren't complete yet. 13167 clients have dropped out of the program. We're working with 2379 clients currently. We have also helped 2100 clients successfully.
