How OVLG handled the situation?

WF approached Oak View Law Group in February 2016. His client intake manager Vincent Jackson explained the structure of the program. After deciding upon the right remedy for his debt relief, WS got enrolled in Debt Settlement Program. He started making his monthly payments towards his trust account to build up funds to pay off the payday loans and credit cards. Initially Pierson Silver was the case manager and working with WF’s creditors. His file was then transferred over to Steve Lewis. Steve has been taking care of the file very diligently. WF came up with around 5 creditors. He is very impressed with Steve's work and with his approach to keep his clients always informed about the work going on the file. Till now OVLG has settled 3 of his 5 listed accounts with very good savings. WF is almost half way down towards a debt free life. He is confident about the services he has been receiving and has shared his experience.

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
