How OVLG handled the situation?

PP enrolled in our debt settlement program in the month of October 2008. He got in touch with Nathan Davis, one of our Financial Coaches, and after having a good understanding of the entire program clearly, he made his first payment in the month of November 2008. The file was then assigned to Oscar Sanchez in order to deal with his creditors.

Oscar settled his first account in the month of February 2009 with Sign my loan for 50%. The second account was settled on April 2009 with GR Enterprises for 37%. Oscar managed to settle the third one on July 2009 with My Cash Now for 45%. The fourth account was settled in the month of September 2009 for 51%. The fifth account got settled on October 2009 with Loan Point USA for 26%. Oscar settled the sixth account in the month of November 2009 with Cash Central for 45%. The seventh account was settled on December 2009 with Ameri Loan for 14%. The eighth one was finalized on January 2010. Hence, the client became debt free in 21 months.

My name is _____. Two years ago I was in problems of payday loans. I found Oak View Law Group on the internet, called and thanks to Oak View Law Group; I no longer have payday loans. What a great relief it is, what a professional company they are and especially Oscar Sanchez, who was my client relationship manager. Thank you, Oak View Law Group.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
