Client MK from CA saved $34,057

MK contacted OVLG to settle his credit card debts in the month of May 2010. His Client Intake Manager was Van Cliburn. He explained the entire program to him and answered all his doubts and queries. Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire process, he decided to enroll himself in the program. The file was then transferred to his Case Manager Sandra Gibson in order to deal with his creditors.

Sandra started working on the file in the month of June 2010 after we received the first payment from the client and sent the legal documents (POAs) to all the creditors. She settled his first account on July 2010 with HSBC for 40% and negotiation with the rest of the creditors is still going on.
