How OVLG handled the situation?

MK contacted OVLG to settle his credit card debts in the month of May 2010. His Client Intake Manager was Van Cliburn. He explained the entire program to him and answered all his doubts and queries. Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire process, he decided to enroll himself in the program. The file was then transferred to his Case Manager Sandra Gibson in order to deal with his creditors.

Sandra started working on the file in the month of June 2010 after we received the first payment from the client and sent the legal documents (POAs) to all the creditors. She settled his first account on July 2010 with HSBC for 40% and negotiation with the rest of the creditors is still going on.

This is _________. I had been struggling with my creditors and I had credit card interest payments that were quite high. Then I went and talked to Oak View Law Group. The setup was very easy; I hired them to pay off my creditors. My account manager is Sandra Gibson. She is doing an excellent job, she was able to already settle with one of my creditors. I am extremely happy with that deal, I have a few more to go, and I am pretty confident that she will be able to do an excellent job. So, so far I am getting an excellent service from Sandra and Oak View. I highly recommend them for anyone who is going through the same situation like me. Thank you.

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
