How OVLG handled the situation?

KA contacted OVLG in the month of June of 2015 to settle her credit card loans. Her Client Intake Manager was Vincent Jackson, and he explained the entire debt settlement program and answered all her doubts and queries. Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire debt relief process, she decided to enroll herself in the program. The file was transferred to her Case Manager Steve Lewis in order to deal with her creditors. Steve started working on her accounts in the month of June, after receiving first payment from KA.

Within 30 days of enrolling in the program, OVLG and Steve has successfully put stop on all the harassing phone calls and collection attempts. Arrangements to secure deals have already begun with one account already settled.
