How OVLG handled the situation?
DR enrolled in the program with four online payday loans in November 2009. Stuart Clark, the Financial Coach, assisted her to enroll after educating her about the pros and cons of the program. File was transferred to Priscilla Robinson in order to deal with her creditors.
Within two months, DR saw her first account get settled with Payday One in January 2010 at just 22.69% with almost 77% debt being forgiven by the creditor due to the negotiating skills of Priscilla. Within next few months, DR saw all her accounts get settled one by one for only 20.09%.
OVLG had DR debt free within just seven months with almost 80% of debt being waived off. DR is very satisfied with the way OVLG handled her account, the way creditor calls were stopped and especially the reduction in debt she got as she just paid 20% to the creditors to become debt free.
