Should I hire an attorney for payday loan harassment? I took out a loan of $300 6 months back. Now they are asking me for $4000.

Hiring a consumer protection attorney might be a good option. If you find that the payday company has violated the fdcpa in any possible way, you should hire an attorney to protect your interests. Hiring an attorney is significant as he/ she can help you get some compensation for the harassment.
