I borrowed 400, repaid 1090. I have told them to sue me. If the court says I should pay I will. They say they can call me forever.

and can they sue our garnish for social security disablities checks ?

ah ok I have not paid a dime yet for ameriloan its been several months they stopped calling me the $150.00 went to collections i live in california and on social security can they sue me if i don't pay them any way Honests answers please ? they have not even sent a bill to me in the mail when i signed up our when it went to collections.

If they don't stop. report them to the State Attorney General, CFPB and the FTC.

You've already paid enough, in fact more than you're supposed to. Don't pay a dime more.

You can send them a letter stating that you know your consumer rights now, point it out that they're not legally authorized to collect and ask for a refund of the excess amount. Consult a consumer attorney for further advice.

Ameriloan in illegal in the US. As such you only need to pay the principal amount on the loan.

Since they're illegal, they won't even be able to sue you or get a judgement. If you just want to stop the calls, send them a cease and desist letter.
