You must have legal right to visit or parenting schedule with your son. She must follow the law.

My ex is making use of my son as a weapon against me. I’ve continuously harassed by him, lied, even kept far away from visiting my son. I believe she is trying to directly cause me emotional stress. What should I do?

Keep a 'journal' and write in it every event description, conversation - in detail. Also, keep track of good aspects of your visit with your son, in order to prove that you had 'quality time' while visiting with him. You must have legal right to visit or parenting schedule with your son. She must follow the law. Try to keep calm, and try to have peace while you visit with your son. Be strong and talk to a divorce lawyer.

Even if you believe so, you have to prove that at court. You need to accumulate strong evidence in order to win the case against her. It's best to get help of a divorce attorney.

What I feel at this point of time, it’s best to bring a contempt motion in family court so that the court may become aware of his/her actions (the visitations). Once you are at court, you can bring the other things to the notice of the court (what he/she is doing to you). Well, my best advice would be to get help of a divorce attorney as only one could provide you with good alternatives.
