My current boss constantly lies and fabricates information at our center. She mistakenly left her email open at my workplace and I saw some emails where she lied about me and my work to the higher authorities. I took a print out of the email as I became furious to find out if she was the real cause behind my not getting a promotion to another center and moreover putting my job at stake. What she has said are blatant lies and I can at anytime prove that they are not at all true. Is there any thing I can do? Can I sue her for defamation?
