I recently received a copy of my medical records from a clinic. A doc in incharge wrote therein that I have history of drug use: alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, mushrooms and heroin (no IV drug use). I drink beer seldom. I tried marijuana and cocaine at high school and not since then (I graduated in 1984, 28 years ago) and never even saw heroine in my life. I already have several medical records from numerous places dating back to 1990s and nowhere is mentioned something like this. The clinic told me that this can’t be removed from my records when asked to. Can I do something legally so that people believe my words and not the doc’s? What kind of lawyer do I need?
