I am retired and yes, might be a bit fussy. I do my own research before taking up an action. The person (I don’t want to name) goes on telling everyone repeatedly at every possible social gathering that I’m paranoid. This is becoming bothersome. Wanted to know if this can be claimed as slander or harassment?
