the creditors took money out of my checking accout when i stop payments and you told me they would not and now i do not have the money to pay back.

I agree with Travis. You perhaps misinterpreted the whole concept and facing the consequences today. There still might be an way, however! Get help of a knowledgable consumer attorney.

The information that you've provided here is very less. If we put things together, it means you defaulted on your loan, the creditor sued you, you never replied to the lawsuit, didn't even close your checking account, and the creditor easily got a judgment against you, which he used to take out funds from your account and this is completely legal. This might not have happened had you been answered the lawsuit or consulted with a lawyer.
