A collection agency has started calling at my residential number since last week. They’re supposedly calling up to collect an old credit card debt. I didn’t even know that it existed, let alone knowing whether it’s paid or unpaid. What can I do? Will the state SOL be of any help in this case, since it’s an old debt?
