I already have 3 credit cards and using them for more than a year now. My credit score is 663 and a relative has a score of 800...So If we start a joint credit account, would my score go up?

You can get better credit limit and better terms if your relative becomes the primary account holder. But as it'll be a new account, it'll take a few days to help your credit score. Once the account starts reporting, it'd probably give your scores better boost.
