I came to know that my credit union has reported negatively though I’ve sincerely made payments for 6 months. Even I do have copies of my credit card statements, which prove that I’ve made the payments.

If you have valid documents that you have religiously made all the payments, you needn't worry in that case. Show all the receipts to the representative of the credit union as ask to remove all the negative reports made as of now. If the representative or any other senior officials of the credit union rejects your plea, talk to an attorney and take legal steps.

Try to get in touch with the representative of the credit union as soon as possible, show them all the documents you are having, and try to find out what has compelled them to report the account negatively. If you still disagree with the items reported negatively, dispute them directly with the major credit bureaus.
