I disputed one of my accounts with the Experian online. They sent me an email after a few days and informed that their investigation is complete. They requested me to click on a link to view the result. I clicked on that link immediately and got this message - “Unable to show you the result this time. Please try again next time”. I tried over and over again in the next few days. The error was still there. Please tell me what should I do now?

Take a snapshot of the error and the copy of the email. It would be better if you take a print out of the email and the error too. This would help you have a written proof. Now call them up and have a talk regarding this issue. If it still doesn’t work, then the last option is to sue them.
