Even after filing for bankruptcy, the debt collectors and the creditors are calling me. The bankruptcy court has already imposed Automatic Stay and as far as I knew, no kinds of collection activities can continue during this period. Can you enlighten me on the rights and tell me about some ways in which I can fight against the debt colletors?

Yes, they've violated the bankruptcy law and you can certainly take legal action against them. Inform your bankruptcy attorney and let him take the rest of the legal steps on your behalf.

The debt collectors have violated bankruptcy laws. Inform your attorney that collectors have broken the laws. He will take legal steps against them.
