I own a mid-scale business and filed Chapter 11 for it. A dealer, who had been under contract with us for product supply, has sent notice that they won’t be conducting deals with us anymore. Is this legal, if we have no objection with the contract and can easily deliver their products in time?

You’re the debtor who filed for bankruptcy, and so, YOU can cancel the contract. If the other party did, on the grounds that you filed Chapter-11, they’re in breach of contract. Consult your attorney and file a lawsuit against the dealer.
