How OVLG handled the situation?

TD approached Oak View Law Group (OVLG) in the month of January 2010 in order to resolve her debt problems. Von, one of our Case Managers, started working on her file on February 2010 after we received the first payment from her. Then, we sent all the legal documents (POAs) to all her creditors. Von managed to settle her first account with Payday One in the very same month for 23%.

The second account was settled with 'Payday Loan Yes' in the month of April 2010 for 23%.

Finally, the last account was settled with 'Loan by Phone' for 35% and hence the client became completely debt free.
