How OVLG handled the situation?

Pattie, one of our Case Managers, started working on SA's accounts in the month of September 2008 and sent all the legal documents (POAs) to the creditors after receiving the first payment from him. In October 2008, we successfully settled his first account with Citibank for 64%.

The Second account was settled in the month of February 2009 with National City for 40%. Finally, in May 2009, the last and remaining account was settled with Chase for 50%. The client was very happy and satisfied with the whole process. The last creditor payment was made on May 2009, thus making the client debt free in just 9 months.
