How OVLG handled the situation?

PB enrolled in our debt settlement program in the month of May 2010. He got in touch with Van Cliburn and after having an understanding of the entire program, he made his first payment on the same month. The file was then assigned to Rebecca Smith so that she could deal with his creditors.

She settled his two accounts in the month of August 2010 with Bank of America, each for 39% and 40%. The third account was settled in the month of September 2010 with AT&T universal card for 50%. We are still negotiating with the rest of the creditors and working hard to see the client debt free soon.
