How OVLG handled the situation?

LH from California reached out to OVLG on March 2010 in order to get help with his credit card debts. Rebecca Smith, one of our Case Managers, started working on his account in the month of April 2010 after receiving the first payment from the client and sent the required legal documents (POAs) to all the creditors.

Rebecca settled his first two accounts in the month of June 2010 with Cash Central and Payday One for 33%. She settled his third account on July 2010 with Cashjar for 20%. The fourth account was settled in the month of September 2010 with East Side Lenders for 38%. We are still negotiating with the rest of the creditors and hence the client is moving ahead towards a debt free life.
