KC got in touch with OVLG to settle her accounts in the month of October 2008 and spoke with BG.
After answering to all the questions and queries that KC had, BG explained the program and KC enrolled at OVLG.
The file was then transferred to Oscar.
Oscar was able to work out the first settlement offer with Weltman HSBC for her, which was at that point of time transferred to Weltman Weinberg Reis Law Firm and Oscar got a settlement offer of 67%. This happened in the month of March.
Next account which was settled was for First Premier Bank. We were again successful to show her a 50% settlement and that was in the month of April.
