After receiving the first 3 payments from LH, OVLG began negotiations with her first creditor, NCO Financial Systems Inc. After much persuasion & patience Patrick was able to procure a settlement offer for as low as 40% of the current balance. The settlement offer was accepted by LH & the payment was made in February 2009. LH finally walked debt free in the month of April 2009, when her account with her final creditor Victoria’s Secret, was settled at 41%.
