Homestead:
Home must be used as rural or urban home or as a place to exercise a calling or business in urban area up to the extent of 200 acres for family (100 acres for single adult) rural land. Proceeds of voluntary sale of homestead are also exempted.

Unpaid commissions for personal services up to $ 7,500 for unmarried person or $ 15,000 for debtors with family.

Jewelry:
Jewelry of $ 15,000 for debtor who is a family member and $ 7,500 for individual debtor.

Automobile:
One automobile per family member with driver's license or who relies on another to operate.

Firearms:
Two firearms are exempted.

  • Partner's interest in partnership property.
  • Fraternal Benefit Society Benefit.
  • Public assistance benefits.
  • Unemployment compensation benefits.
  • Workmen's compensation benefits.
  • Law enforcement, judicial system, municipal employee, police, Teacher, firemen and fire alarm operator, county and district employee's benefit.
